2. Our services

Alenta Group builds and supports caregiver hiring pipelines for home care agencies. The Site gives general information about our services and lets you contact us or book a call. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement between Alenta Group and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

3. SMS / text messaging terms

Program description: When you opt in, for example by checking the SMS consent box on our website form, you agree to receive text messages from Alenta Group about your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service updates.

• Consent: Opting in to text messages is optional. You can still submit our forms and book a call without agreeing to receive texts.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligible devices: Service is available on supported carriers. Not every handset or carrier may be supported.
• Privacy: Your mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Use of the Site

9. Limitation of liability
